In this era of globalization, enterprises have to adapt to the labour market and this tendency. So, we want to show, through this study, how an enterprise like Prométhée use an international labour force to have an advantage on its market.
So, we have for goal to give a response to the following problematic: how does an intercultural management of the human resources get a competitive advantage in the sector of the financial services?
However, before beginning the study case Prométhée, we are going to define the key concepts.
What does the competitive advantage mean? A competitive advantage is all which allows an organization to surpass the competition. It is said sustainable when its owner is capable of preserving durably the competitive advantage; competitors are then tried to imitate it, or to establish a new competitive advantage which makes void the one who took it at some point.
What is an intercultural management? The intercultural management can be considered as a shape of management which is capable:
* To recognize the existence of different cultures, that it is about national cultures or about organizational cultures,
* To integrate the values on which base these cultures in the exercise of the various functions of company and
* To combine the consideration of the cultural specificities with the global strategic imperatives of the company.
