Figure [ 1 ]. Fair advert Every year, during spring-time, an original fair comes to settle in the doors of the French capital. Taking place in the cavernous Porte de Versailles Exhibition Arena, it is therefore the inescapable “rendez-vous” of innovation, tendencies, and unwonted products. Paris Trade Fair is an exhibition which is more than a hundred-years old, dedicated to consumption in every sector. Meeting point of the last, up and coming industry trends, this fair generally covers the three areas of ‘Home and the Environment', 'Well-being and Leisure' and 'Cultures of the World. It is open to business people as well as members of public come to learn more about the various exhibitors promoting products ranging from wine tourism and spa holidays to the latest innovation in home design.
Thus, the event takes place in the famous show park of the Porte de Versailles, face to visitors coming more and more numerous. Indeed, the 2007 edition had attracted more than 670.000 visitors, and every year, the Paris Trade Fairs expects much more people, much more exhibitors, and much more animations.

The event concept and design
As said previously, Paris Trade Fair takes place in the show park situated in the Porte de Versailles. This park is the bigger French park of exposition, with a surface of 135 hectares. This is the ideal place for big scope events with it 44 meeting rooms, 3 amphitheatres and 8 halls of exhibition. That is the reason why this venue can hold every kind of events, such as commercial, scientific, technical, politic or cultural events. Every year, this park welcomes 6,7millions of French and foreign visitors, who come for diverse manifestations, 170 on the average, of which 130 professional shows.
