Market Background
XYZ believes that the UK insulation market is generally regarded as a mature one. Prior to the changes in building regulations in 2002, the main driver of the insulation market was undoubtedly house building, construction and RMI (Repair, Maintenance and Improvement) activity, as average insulation prices were flat for a long period.
